I am a psychotherapist licensed to practice in California, Oregon, and Washington. I meet with clients via video or phone call. I moved from Los Angeles to Portland, Oregon in 2023. I am lucky to love my work.
Outside of my professional roles, I enjoy dabbling in lots of different activities. I love to learn, so I am often trying something new or doing a deep dive into a new topic. I like creative arts, movement, and nature. I'm an ambivert who needs a balance of time with friends and community with low-stim time journaling, reading, or playing video games (Stardew Valley and Don't Starve are my favorites).
I am a member of my neighborhood emergency preparedness and response team (in most cities this is called CERT) because I see it as a great structure for mutual aid, hyperlocal organizing, and preparing for all kinds of possible futures.
